Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card in the same name as the booking upon check-in. If the card holder name is different to the guest name, we cannot complete without the cardholder's written consent.
The credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged for the first night's accommodation 24 hours prior to arrival. Non-refundable reservations will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. If you wish to change any details of your booking, please Contact Twin Towers Inn at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that we have a 24 hours cancellation policy and payment may not be refunded if the notification for cancellation is not on time.
No cancellation/no refund for booking during New Year's Week (30/12 current year to 1/1 in the next year).
Guests will be asked to have $100 deposit upon check-in, either by cash or by pre-authorisation through credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
Twin Towers Inn has a strict No PARTY POLICY. The number of guests gathered in the room overnight must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the room. Any persons exceeding this number will be considered trespassers.
Please note: Our Seasonal Swimming Pool & Spa is currently open. Will be closed from during Winter time. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
